How It All Started
I’m Eddie, the founder of Fenix Coffee. After years of roasting for several coffee companies across San Diego County, I started Fenix as a dream to give back to the community that’s shaped me. My love for coffee began in college, working as a barista at local cafés, where I discovered the craft, connection, and care that great coffee inspires. Fenix is the next chapter in that journey rooted in passion, people, and purpose.
Now here we are, enjoying Southern California and hoping to create an incredible experience by serving our favorite thing to others.
