I’m Eddie, the founder of Fenix Coffee. After years of roasting for several coffee companies across San Diego County, I started Fenix as a dream to give back to the community that’s shaped me. My love for coffee began in college, working as a barista at local cafés, where I discovered the craft, connection, and care that great coffee inspires. Fenix is the next chapter in that journey rooted in passion, people, and purpose.

Fenix Coffee Roasters is not only a small batch roasting business but a coffee cart catering service with a full espresso bar based in San Diego, California.
